Poppy is my second homebred Champion, shown from the Bred-By-Exhibitor class. She is without a doubt my sweetest dog and the easiest to train. Thanks to our friend Liz Outram, Poppy earned her FD title in three tries with great scores after only two weeks of training.
Our agility career has been interesting, but we got on track and earned a First Place at the 2003 Vizsla Club of America Nations in the Novice Jumpers with Weaves class. Poppy continued her great running at the Royal Winter Fair in Toronto, November 2003 to finish her Canadian Agility Novice title and earned a qualifying score in the Agility Intermediate Class.
Poppy had her first litter in 2003, bred to Canadian Champion/American Dual Champion Arsla and Auburn's Sunny Boy JH. Out of this litter there is two champions, an FD Junior and two FD's.
Poppy had her second litter in 2004 bred to Comynara Rusty Tornado (Ben). A great group of pups who make their owens very happy - One FDJ and some agility titles from these pups so far.
Puppy is retired from the mothering role and has taken Silken's place as sofa guard and bed warmer. We hope to get back to agility and give Rally a try.
